  • This certification is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, health coaches, nutritionists, and anyone passionate about integrating Ayurvedic wisdom and nervous system science into their personal or professional practice. Whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting to explore holistic wellness, this program will provide you with practical tools and frameworks to support yourself and your clients.

  • No prior knowledge is required! The program is designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. While a basic understanding of yoga or wellness concepts may be helpful, we cover foundational concepts in the pre-course work and early modules to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

    • Monthly modules released at the start of each month (5-8 hours of content).

    • Biweekly live coaching calls and Q&A sessions.

    • Pre-recorded lessons and practice demonstrations.

    • Assignments, quizzes, and a final case study.

    • Access to a private community for peer support.

  • On average, you should plan to spend 4-6 hours per week on the program. This includes watching lessons, completing assignments, and attending live coaching calls. However, the program is self-paced, so you can adjust your schedule as needed.

  • Yes! All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the course platform, so you can catch up at your convenience if you’re unable to attend live.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a certificate recognizing you as an Integrative Ayurveda Practitioner. This certification demonstrates your ability to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom and nervous system science into your practice or teaching, and with the correct insurance you will be able to take on clients.

  • Yes! While this certification is geared toward professionals, anyone with a sincere interest in Ayurveda, Yoga, and nervous system science is welcome. This program is also perfect for those looking to deepen their personal practice.

  • No, this program is not accredited—and that’s intentional. Accreditation is not required for you to apply the skills and knowledge you gain in this certification. Upon completion, you’ll be fully equipped to integrate Ayurvedic principles and nervous system science into your teaching, coaching, or wellness practice. The certification is widely recognized within the wellness industry and will empower you to confidently support your clients in meaningful ways. You can submit the hours for this certification to Yoga Alliance for CEC’s through the “Subject Matter Expert” route if that is necessary for you.

  • The program officially begins on February 15, but enrollment is ongoing, and you can join at any time. The curriculum is designed to be self-paced, allowing you to start and progress through the material on a timeline that works best for you. Whether you join on the start date or later, you’ll have full access to all course materials and live sessions, ensuring you can fully integrate the teachings when it suits your schedule.
