Yogi Fuel Ethos

We seek to support our students in achieving deep calm, and lasting energy through ancient wisdom mixed with modern science.

We strive to make Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic teachings accessible and applicable to the modern world, while preserving the original teachings.

We believe deeply in the embodiment of these practices; learning is great but we place an emphasis on supporting students in living this wisdom in each moment of their lives.

And when the student is ready, we support them in making the transition into teaching if they so desire.

Meet Mel

Founder + Director

Mel is a Yoga + Ayurveda Wellness Counsellor, Meditation Teacher + Teacher Trainer, and holds an honours degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. 

After my own journey with stress, anxiety and burn out, and experiencing the power of the integration of Yoga and Ayurveda on my healing path, I knew I had to bring this to others.

Within the Yogi Fuel Academy we focus on integrating Nutrition, Meditation, Asana, Movement practices, Mantra, Dinachayra (lifestyle), Deeper Yogic teachings, to support our students in learning, embodying, and eventually teaching these practices.
