Ep 35. How the SAD Cycle (Stress, Anxiety, Depletion) is Keeping You Stuck And How To Get Out

In this episode I wanted to go a little deeper into the SAD cycle - aka the cycle of stress, anxiety and depletion that are keeping you stuck, anxious and from stepping into the deeper purpose you have in life. In my experience, we can’t fully step into our purpose, and self expression from a space of dysregulation. We need to first balance the Doshas, the nervous system, and get into integrity in the body and mind and theeeeen from that space of clarity, step powerfully into our mission. In this episode I’m going deeper into what causes that stress that you’re experiencing, and the different types of stress there are. I’m sharing the role of Vata Dosha inside of the SAD cycle, and how it perpetuates it I’m going into anxiety, and how anxiety is a manifestation and result of the stress we are experiencing, And how depletion or exhaustion is the end result of all those things. Then, I’ll share with you some tips to get out of the SAD cycle.
