How do we stick to our habits, and maintain our Yoga & Ayurveda practices in the midst of a big life change? It’s important that during difficult times we maintain our practices; they can help ground and support us during difficult times. But sometimes big life changes - like having a baby, or caring for a sick loved one - can come with responsibilities that demand our time and energy. Sometimes these responsibilities may “get in the way” of our practices, or lifestyle habits, and it can feel challenging to stick to anything.
